I’ve had a love affair with food and entertaining for as long as I can remember. And after feeding my own family and friends for the past 30 years I’ve learned a thing or two about preparing meals.  My four children grew up with “dinner on the table” nightly and lots of yummy treats in between!

 

I worked as an instructor and assistant at Kings Cooking Studio in Short Hills and Taste and Technique in Fair Haven before developing the popular, and always sold out, Spring Lake Library Cooking Club. Now I’d like to show your children how fun making delicious food can be.
